Young dancers aged from ten to fifteen, all of them students of MUK’s Preparatory Course in Dance, showcase their skills with a highly varied programme. In these diverse “MUK/tanzt/juniors” performances, the students demonstrate their love of dance and the joy they have found in working together to develop these choreographies.

The event gives the audience a glimpse into the breadth of the dance training provided at MUK, as it includes wide-ranging pieces from a number of the disciplines taught: classical dance, contemporary dance, historical dance, character dance, acrobatic dance and rhythmic dance. The choreographies were developed and rehearsed with the young dancers by the teaching staff of the Preparatory Course in Dance.

Tickets: Stalls €18; balcony €14. MuTh Club Students, children and young people, and senior citizens (60+): stalls €13; balcony €10: wheelchair users €9.

A selection of pieces from the dance disciplines taught: classical dance, contemporary dance, historical dance, character dance, acrobatic dance and rhythmic dance.
