Schütz, Ottensamer & Traxler
Daniel Ottensamer in the MuTh
Mozart once said “The clarinet is the instrument which comes closest to the human voice”. But what about the flute?
Here Daniel Ottensamer presents some rarely-performed pieces for flute, clarinet and piano. Together with his colleagues from the Vienna Philharmonic Karl-Heinz Schütz and pianist Christoph Traxler, who has been his accompanist for quite some time, Daniel Ottensamer undertakes an exploration of expressive, romantic French music.
