Erfülltes Leben – wenn die Schale überfließt (The fulfilled life – when the cup overflows)
A documentary on the art of taking control of life

* abgespielt

We would all like to acquire the habits of attentiveness and gratefulness. But how to do it? The well-known Benedictine monk David Steindl-Rast, together with 28 other people of various ages – some of them religious, some of them not – offer some valuable support. This documentary film by Hans Fuchs and Brigitte Kwizda-Gredler, which has earned the accolade “well worth seeing”, is a plea for us to live more in the here and now.

The numerous personal experiences described (including those of Gerald Wirth, a Vienna Boys’ Chorister named Christoph, Barbara Stöckl and Angelika Kirchschlager) inspire us to consider our own lives and take charge of them. The film was inspired by the “Grateful living” project that was presented jointly here in MuTh by Brother Steindl-Rast and the Vienna Boys’ Choir on 15th May 2014.
