A Christmas Concert by the Vienna Boys’ Choir on the inauguration of the new Concert Hall

* abgespielt

Christmas is a wonderful time. And it is a particularly special celebration for the Boys’ Choir: Advent and Christmas is high season for them. At Christmas, it would be useful to clone them.

Now finally in their own performance hall, you can experience the whole choir – from the youngest pupils to the sixth-formers – just as they really are – lively, full of fun, and highly musical.

The Vienna Boys’ Choir stay away from commerce and kitsch, and offer genuine celebration. From “Gaudete”, by an unknown composer in the Middle Ages, to “Singnation”, written in 2012, it’s all here; motets by Gallus, Haydn, Mozart, Schubert and Bruckner, as well as Christmas classics and spirituals: reflective and touching.
