Die Gute Hirten (The Good Shepherds) has become a MuTh Christmas fixture. In 2018, the shepherds’ encounter with the angels forms the centrepiece of our programme. The Vienna Boys’ Choir performs as a large ensemble, singing and celebrating all types of “English” music The audience joins in too: whoever wants to can simply sing along with Handel’s famous “Hallelujah Chorus” and, of course, “Silent Night”. And that’s how a single concert becomes a musical festival for all the family.
