* abgespielt

The Hong Kong Children’s Symphony Orchestra plays a crucial role in musical education in Hong Kong. Featuring the city’s most talented young musicians, the Orchestra has already toured the United States, Canada, Singapore, Thailand, China, Australia and New Zealand under the leadership of prominent artists such as Yang Tianwa, Huang Mengla and Charles Castleman. Jimmy Chiang, a Vienna Boys’ Choir conductor who was himself born in Hong Kong, presents a programme here in Vienna which includes Mozart’s much-loved piano concerto and closes with Johannes Brahms’ Second Symphony. He is accompanied on piano by the young Austrian rising star and Vienna Boys’ Choir member Lukas Sternath.
