The Metrum Choir was founded by a Hungarian music school, and started life as an a-cappella choir. The counterpoint for this musical meeting is provided by a saxophone ensemble. Initially conceived as a quartet, the ensemble now comprises 15 saxophonists and 2 percussionists, who often produce their own arrangements.

Each year the Summa Cum Laude International Youth Music Festival brings more than a thousand children and youngsters to Vienna. They come from every corner of the globe to widen their cultural and musical experience and to take part in the competition.
This year sees the tenth Summa Cum Laude Festival, and once again MuTh is staging a series of concerts by selected orchestras and choirs from right around the world.
