RESOUND Chamber Sunday matinée
Off the MuTh / Chamber music by Beethoven at Palais Lobkowitz / Orchester Wiener Akademie

* abgespielt

RESOUND Chamber is the chamber music offshoot from Orchester Wiener Akademie’s sensational RESOUND Beethoven series. Under the baton of conductor Martin Haselböck, the orchestra plays Beethoven’s wonderful music on instruments which date from the time of its composition, and brings the music back to those marvellous theatres and concert rooms where it was premiered and had its earliest performances. Audience and orchestra are re-positioned in their original arrangement, which often seems unusual compared to current practice. All this restores the original sound – so very different to our modern ears – back to life. It leads us into a unique space/sound experience, and it achieves new heights of authenticity and intensity.

This concert is not being held at MuTh but at Palais Lobkowitz.
