The Highland Park Wind Symphony and the New Trier Symphonic Wind Ensemble from Illinois, USA, cordially invite you to an unforgettable evening of music at Das MuTh. These two acclaimed high school ensembles are touring Austria together, presenting their ambitious repertoire in a series of joint concerts. Led by Joshua Chodoroff – a highly respected, award-winning music educator with over 20 years of experience – the Highland Park Wind Symphony has earned national acclaim through standout performances at major music festivals and events across the United States.
The New Trier Symphonic Wind Ensemble, under the direction of Matt Temple and Elizabeth Bennett, has received numerous national and international accolades, including the prestigious Blue Ribbon Award. With performances in iconic venues such as Carnegie Hall, the Sydney Opera House, and most recently Lincoln Center in New York, the ensemble continues to showcase its exceptional musical artistry. Both schools are deeply committed to nurturing young talent, placing strong emphasis on musical excellence and the shared joy of making music together.

The concert at Das MuTh, along with a special performance in the historic Haydn Hall of Esterházy Palace in Eisenstadt, stands out as one of the highlights of this Austrian tour.
