CONCERT BY THE LEBANON VALLEY COLLEGE ORCHESTRA

In 2018 this outstanding youth orchestra took third place in a competition to find the finest college and university orchestras in the USA. Their success was due in no small part to a combination of passionate playing and bold, imaginative programming. Ever since 1995 the Lebanon Valley College Symphony Orchestra has been conducted by Montana-born Dr Johannes Dietrich, whose musical education included a period of study at the Mozarteum in Salzburg. A violinist and chamber musician, he has performed throughout the United States, as well as in Austria, Germany, and Italy, and he has appeared on several recordings.
