4th-year students from the course in Contemporary and Classical Dance

The MUK’s dance courses aim to develop students’ all-round dance skills, foster stylistic flexibility, and encourage artistic and creative independence. For MUK graduates, this opens up a broad and diverse range of professional opportunities in the contemporary dance field.
In their multi-part production ARTICULATION, graduating students from the MUK’s course in Contemporary and Classical Dance perform contemporary choreographies which demonstrate the breadth of their artistic range and dance skills. The four choreographies were conceived by MUK teachers Esther Balfe and Manfred Aichinger in conjunction with guests Eva Maria Schaller and Ian Kaler, both of whom are working with the MUK dance course for the first time. The pieces were devised and developed in collaboration with the dancers. In cooperation with Verein Ian Kaler (the Ian Kaler Association).
