The Ningbo Symphony Orchestra (NBSO) was established in late 2015 in the renowned Chinese port city of Ningbo.
Chief conductor Yu Ji, son of Professor Yu Feng, President of the Central Conservatory of Music in Beijing, aims to highlight the cultural friendship between China and Austria through his performance in Vienna.

The orchestra will perform traditional Chinese works as well as works by Beethoven and Mozart.
